Online return policy
We do not accept returns. We accept exchanges only within 14 days of purchase. Product must be unworn, undamaged and accompanied by the original sales receipt.
Payment options
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We do not accept checks or cash.
Sales tax
Sales tax will be charged on all retail purchases.
Shipping
We ship via FedEx Ground and our standard fee for shipping and handling is $12.75. Please note that FedEx does not deliver to P.O. boxes. Expedited shipping is available upon request and is subject to additional fees.
Processing and delivery times
All orders are handmade to order, we do not stock items. Delivery time varies based on each order.
Repairs
We do basic repairs, such as replacing missing crystals or stones, re-
gluing leather, free of charge within one year of purchase. Repairs on items purchased more than a year ago are subject to a fee. The fee amount will be determined at the time damaged item is received and inspected by the member of our quality control team.
